    I received a fair citation and wanted to pay it online. When paying online or by phone, a 4-10 digit citation number must be entered. My citation had 11 digits. I called the sherriff's office, and the three different ladies I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. The JP for JP2 was not there any of the times I called or visited. He does not keep normal business hours and does not have a decent contact number at which he can be reached. Finally, a clerk from JP4 was kind enough to help me, but even she was not sure. I paid my ticket, received a confirmation number, but am still nervous about if it went through or not. It would be very helpful if the phone and Internet service is consistent from one JP to another and it would help if the information on the ticket is the same as what the services are asking for.

    I cannot give enough accolades to the service and caliber of this bank, at both the Bellville Branch and the Waller Branch. I've been with a "Texas" bank who has sister banks in other states for 24 years, and while my friend is the VP at the main branch I've always gone to, nothing beats a small-town bank. One where you can call and obtain true customer service, where an actual person answers the phone, not a recorded message that you have to click on 4 times to receive service. With our loan process, nothing beats them. Nothing. After dealing with ineptitude from one bank (that I won't mention), and another bank coming close to the same run-around, etc., Jess Koy (and everyone at the Bellville branch) took excellent care of me and made our dream come true. They were organized, we were organized, and the process was so simple I was shocked. Nothing, absolutely nothing compares to the small town service. I have referred everyone who asks and who I know to FNB. Our branch in Waller, no other bank compares. If you want quality service and the greatest people to work with who know what they are doing, treat you like family, not just another "number," this is the bank to go to. Especially, if you need a rural loan or any loan for that matter. FNB is the bank to invest your future in. I love them.
